    COLLECTION REVIEW

MOLLE pouches organized by the item they carry

MOLLE pouches share a modular attachment concept, but their storage bodies are designed around different items. A magazine carrier, radio holster and utility organizer need different openings, retention details and internal space. Use the product categories to find the relevant function before comparing individual models.

    Magazine and handcuff carriers

Start with the exact item shape, quantity and preferred closure. Review dedicated magazine and handcuff categories for the relevant storage structure.

    Radio and bottle carriers

Record the dimensions of the device or bottle, including protruding parts. Compare covered, open or adjustable retaining arrangements.

    Utility and recovery storage

Choose an organizer for separated small items or a dump-style body for a larger open storage area. These layouts should not be compared by external size alone.

    Carrying straps

Review sling products separately from storage pouches. Their adjustment range and attachment hardware are different selection questions.

    01 / REAR ATTACHMENT

Review the mounting arrangement on each pouch

Compare rear strap placement and the space available on the intended belt, vest or bag. Keep the pouch function separate from its mounting method: a radio carrier and magazine carrier still need their own fit and attachment review.

For your shortlist: Include the mounting platform and rear attachment reference.

    02 / PLATFORM LAYOUT

Plan accessory positions before choosing the set

Check the usable attachment area and the openings that need to remain accessible. Select the relevant pouch category for the item being carried. For exact webbing measurements, use the existing spacing guide linked below.

For your shortlist: Record the mounting position for each accessory.

    Check the complete mounting arrangement

Identify the bag, belt or vest that will carry each pouch, and include a photograph or dimensions of its mounting area. Check the number and position of rear straps on the selected product. For technical webbing measurements, use the existing MOLLE spacing guide; for a new pouch structure, use the development service page.

    Questions about this collection

    Does MOLLE styling guarantee compatibility?

No. Compare the selected pouch’s rear attachment structure with the intended platform, then review the sample combination. The product name alone is not a fit confirmation.

Where are empty medical and IFAK pouches?

They have a dedicated medical-pouch category. Use that collection when the internal organization and extraction layout are the main selection questions.
