MOQ, Samples & Lead Time for OEM Tactical Gear
Review the practical order conditions buyers need before requesting a quote: MOQ direction, sample timing, production lead time, payment terms and information needed for RFQ review.
MOQ depends on how custom the order is.
A simple reorder and a new private-label development project do not require the same production setup. PANOAR reviews MOQ according to the real work needed for materials, cutting, sewing, logo application, accessories and packing.

Different categories need different setup.
Backpacks, MOLLE pouches, medical pouches, tactical belts, plate carriers and K9 gear may use different materials, hardware and sewing processes.
Custom materials can raise MOQ.
Standard fabric and common colors are easier to plan. Special fabric, custom color, coating, print or hardware may require higher minimums.
Branding method affects preparation work.
Embroidery, woven labels, PVC patches, hang tags, barcode labels, polybags and carton marks may each require different setup and confirmation.
Clear references reduce uncertainty.
When a buyer can provide a sample, tech pack, measurements or previous SKU reference, MOQ and quotation review become more accurate.
Sample review should confirm the order before bulk production.
Samples are used to check structure, material, stitching, logo position, hardware, MOLLE layout, color and packing details before the buyer commits to production.

Send product details.
Share product type, quantity, dimensions, reference photos, logo files, material direction and target market.
Check feasibility.
PANOAR reviews structure, sourcing, logo method, MOQ direction, sample need and estimated lead time.
Prepare sample.
Sample timing is usually 15-25 days after key details are confirmed, depending on customization.
Confirm before bulk.
Buyer reviews fit, function, material, logo, stitching, packing and any requested revisions.
Plan bulk order.
Bulk production begins after sample approval, deposit and final production details are confirmed.
Lead time and payment should be confirmed before order planning.
The details below are general planning references. PANOAR confirms final timing and terms after reviewing the product, customization requirements, quantity and material availability.

| Buyer Question | General Direction | What Can Change It |
|---|---|---|
| What is the MOQ? | MOQ commonly starts from 300 pcs for custom tactical gear programs. | Product type, fabric, color, hardware, logo method, packaging and whether materials are standard or custom. |

| How long does bulk production take? | Typical production timing is 30-45 days after sample approval and deposit. | Order volume, material lead time, packing requirements, QC needs and production schedule. |

MOQ and sample FAQ for tactical gear buyers.
These answers are focused on order planning. Product development and broader OEM/ODM cooperation are explained on the OEM/ODM Manufacturing page.
Can I request a quote if my quantity is below 300 pcs?
You can still contact PANOAR with your project details. The team will review whether the product can be supported, whether stock materials are available and whether a smaller trial order is practical.
Is the sample fee included in the bulk order?
Sample cost depends on product structure, material, logo method and development work. PANOAR confirms sample cost and whether any arrangement applies after reviewing the project.
Can one order include multiple colors or sizes?
Yes, but MOQ may be reviewed by style, color or size depending on material sourcing, cutting, sewing and packing needs. Provide the expected breakdown in the RFQ.
Can PANOAR support private label packing?
Yes. Buyers can discuss hang tags, woven labels, barcode labels, polybags, carton marks and packing references before bulk production.
What should I send if I do not have a tech pack?
Send reference photos, target size, product use, material preference, logo idea, quantity and destination country. PANOAR can review what is available and identify missing details.
