PANOAR / Quality Control

Tactical Gear Quality Control

Every order passes four inspection stages at our own factory in Guangzhou, with dedicated QC inspectors patrolling each sewing line.

02 / Incoming Material Check

Checking fabric, webbing and hardware before cutting

Incoming fabric, webbing and hardware are checked against the approved material references for the order. Our QC team looks at color, surface, handfeel and hardware shape and finish before materials go to cutting.

Materials that do not match the approved reference are held back before they reach cutting.

03 / In-Line QC Patrol

QC inspectors on every sewing line

Dedicated QC inspectors patrol every production line during sewing. They check dimensions, panel layout, stitching and part placement on work in progress, so issues are corrected before the next step.

04 / Finished Product Check

Finished products checked against the approved sample

Finished goods are checked for function and appearance: buckles, snaps, hook-and-loop, mesh pockets, webbing and overall shape. The approved sample is kept at the factory during bulk production as the comparison reference.

05 / Pre-Shipment Check & Packing

Sampling, labeling and carton checks before loading

Before shipment, we sample finished goods for a final check and confirm that bags, labels and cartons match the order’s packing instructions. Cartons are weighed before loading.

Inspection records, third-party testing and buyer inspection

Inspection records
Results are recorded on internal QC forms. Photo records of products, packing and cartons can be shared with buyers before shipment.
Third-party testing
We do not run an in-house testing lab. When a project needs test reports, we arrange testing through a third-party laboratory. Test items, timing and cost are confirmed for each order.
