Yes. A project can start from a physical sample, drawings, a tech pack, reference photos or a feature brief. We use them to confirm structure, plate pocket fit, materials, hardware and branding before sample development.
Can we start from one of your existing plate carrier styles?
Yes. Our current carriers and vests can be used as a base, then changed for panel type, cummerbund, shoulders, placard, back panel, hardware, color or branding.
Do you make laser-cut and sewn PALS plate carriers?
Both are available. Laser-cut panels and traditional sewn webbing rows each suit different looks, weight directions and cost targets, and the choice is confirmed on the sample.
How do you make sure the plate pocket fits our plates?
Send the plate dimensions and insert type you plan to use. The pocket is developed around those dimensions, and fit is checked on the sample before approval.
Can colors, camouflage and branding be customized?
Yes. Solid colors, camouflage patterns, woven labels, patches, printing, hangtags, polybags and carton marks can be discussed for each project.
